Winter Training

Vinohrady Winter training will start this Saturday at the English International School of Prague. Training will be for two hours from 1pm to 3 pm and will be every Saturday from 1 Novembe 2008 up to and including 13 December 2008.

The basic weekly format will consist of a light warm up and fielding skills for all followed by nets training for the different levels. At the same time there will be coaching for starters and developing players, open to ladies gentlemen and youths. Nets will be graded for different levels of players and the bowling machine will be up and running. The last half hour of the session will be an indoor game where all can join in.

Everyone is welcome. The cost will be 100Kc for standard training and 80Kc for those coming to the starters training.

Please tell your friends and bring them along. I would be grateful if those who are running clubs to please inform their membership about the training and to encourage them to come along.
