Introduction

Since the recent re-organization of the ČMKS, there is a new structure in place for the High Performance end of cricket, i.e. the National Team management. 

In my new role representing this area on the ČMKS committee, my personal aims are to ensure that:

 -          We learn from procedures and experiences in the past
 -          Processes are kept simple
 -          The national team is seen to not be a “closed shop” or a clique
 -          Player squad selections are made fairly and kept as transparent as possible
 -          Our full national team is as competitive as possible
